R.M.P.A.INC was established in 1996 and has come a long way since the CEO, Mr. Rawlins, has built this company just to help you. His goal is to provide the best care possible with well-trained, established staff.
Before RMPA INC became, Mr. Rawlins was going to school to become a Certified/Registered MA which started his career in the medical field. Mr. Rawlins' experience also came from working at the Hemo-Onco office in Ft. Lauderdale. He also worked with people with blood disorders and low blood count (hemoglobin). One year later, he became the Lead Medical Assistant in his own office which he opened up in Deerfield Beach, Florida. Mr. Rawlins also counseled young men and woman who found out, by testing, that their body had been invaded by Human Immunodeficiency Virus. He walked them through life counseling and showed them that life is not over; you can live for many years with this virus by taking a new combination of medications that have been approved. Mr. Rawlins was there for them and is now here for you and your family in any way possible. If he cannot help you in the level of experience he has, he will direct you to someone who can help. Mr. Rawlins worked in this field for four years then decided that there must be more that he can do. Mr. Rawlins then became a Research Coordinator where he tested different kinds of medication before FDA approval. Phase 1, 2, 3, 4 through a pharmacological company such as Pfizer and Bayer. Once the medication has been approved by the FDA, it is then sent out to stores and pharmacies. In 1994, Mr. Rawlins became a certified EMT through the state of Florida where he became more of a hands-on technician. In 1996, Mr. Rawlins decided to further his education as a Medicaid provider in District 14 and surrounding areas such as Highland, Hardee, and Polk county.
Mr. Rawlins has been serving clients with high-class quality care in services such as Companion, In-Home Support, PCA, and Respite. He also carries the small waiver, big waiver and PCA certification through Medicaid. Mr. Rawlins is also pursuing his license for Medicare/Nursing.
